I like how easy GMass is to use once you figure it out. The setup was very simple and easy to understand, plus they have lots of videos to show how to use the app. Sending mass emails with individual attachments is made manageable, allowing me to send individual attachments to hundreds of people in a short amount of time. The videos and explanations could have had more information, like how to set up spreadsheets and what not to include in them. I had information in my spreadsheet that I wasn't using in the email, and it would have been good for the video to tell you to take out any unnecessary information. Also, I had issues with adding links from Google Drive into the Attachment column because multiple links would copy into one cell instead of one link per cell.
