When I installed the extension, I thought I had a limited version of Gmass that was free to use and was surprised to receive an email saying my trial ends soon. Adding a welcome email that included information on the trial and an end date (with what to expect if the trial ends before it's renewed) would have been handy. - Also, integrating the follow-up campaigns with HubSpot sequences would be nice; it would save time from having to copy and paste each template.
