**What do you like best about Gmail Converter Software?**

The Gmail Converter Software is a tool that has made my email conversion process much difficult. It is unable to transforms all my Gmail data, such, as emails, attachments, contacts and calendars into file formats.

**What do you dislike about Gmail Converter Software?**

The less user friendly interface makes it difficult to navigate and work with. The software needs to retain the formatting and also needs to ensure data integrity throughout the conversion process. It provides batch conversion capabilities not not allowing me to save time.

**What problems is Gmail Converter Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The lack of a user interface and limited customization options are drawbacks of the Gmail Converter Software. It sometimes struggles to convert email formats, which results in compromised data integrity. These limitations make using the software difficult.
