Cloud storage is nice but always better to have a backup. Most things these days are cloud-based, but it is nice to have a hard backup on a local device. **What do you dislike about Gmail Backup Tool?** Limited options, not a lot of features, just a simple backup, really but, it's better than no backup. **What problems is Gmail Backup Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?** The common problem these days of everything being in the cloud with no local copy. it's hard to be 100% sure that I will always have access to my Gmail things happen internet goes down, things go offline from time to time its nice to have something I can use to back things up to local storage. ### 2.
