I used this to create a backup of my e-mails on a local drive. Its interface is very simple and user-friendly. you can create a backup according to your category. it's having a filter feature so you can categories your e-mails as well. you can save your e-mails at your desired location because it always creates a copy of your e-mail so if it's not available in the cloud you can check that e-mail in your local server as well. It can only run only on windows. I can not run this on my mac book. I can only use this on my office computer which is having a windows operating system. otherwise, all is good according to its use. sometimes it's quite difficult to get a response from the support team.
