"Blazing Fast, Easy to Use—Airspeed Agents Deliver Real Partner Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Airspeed?

The speed and how easy it is to use really stand out. We started testing seven different intelligence tools, and Airspeed (back then Glyphic) won by a mile.

I use it every day. I rely on the agents to surface opportunities I can introduce to my partner network, from signals I can use to find new partners to collaborate with to insights that help me stay on top of what’s happening. Their askAirspeed function is so good for getting updates on deals that are moving forward or progressing, especially when I’m reporting back to leadership on influenced partner deals.

The team is really really great people too - they truly care about our feedback and are shipping updates so fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airspeed?

At first their agents were not that useful but it has changed a lot. I dont think there is anything I dislike about Airspeed. Even their newsletters are worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Integration, Major Time Saver for Sales Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Airspeed?

I like that Airspeed just works without any hassle. It's really plug and play. You can easily add it into your calendar, and it shows up in the calls, then you get your summaries afterwards and can log into the platform. It's flexible in how you can use it. I also appreciate how it integrates really well with GetAccept digital sales rooms, using the context of conversations to provide all the necessary information. It saves me a ton of time in putting materials together, writing follow-ups, and updating content for stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airspeed?

I think the role play agent feature in Airspeed could be improved. It could be more intuitive to set up and start a role play. It would also be great if it could connect directly to an existing conversation and take on the persona of the person I'm talking to, so I could practice with the actual deal context from live conversations. "Super Easy, Fast, High-Quality Transcriptions with Smart Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Airspeed?

It's super easy to use and provides intelligent snippets and insights that we just weren't getting with our previous provider. The transcriptions are really high quality and they process quickly, so we're able to fire those insights into slack channels for fast feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airspeed?

One area that would be an improvement on the HubSpot integration would be rich call cards on the deal, so you can navigate directly to an Airspeed call from a Company/Deal in Hubspot, even better if some of the information was directly visible in that card. "Modern, Easy-to-Use AI That Delivers Powerful & Quick ROI"
5/5
What do you like best about Airspeed?

Airspeed is a modern UI software solution that strikes a strong balance between ease of use and powerful AI capabilities. Unlike other tools like Gong, Airspeed delivers impressive AI responses and agents tailored for Go-To-Market organizations. Its ability to integrate with all of our critical backend databases—without coding or deep AI skill sets—means users across the team can get real value from it quickly.

On top of that, the support team is responsive, and the steady stream of enhancements continues to add value for us. Our teams have seen significant ROI thanks to its reliable ability to deliver post-meeting recap emails and recordings within seconds, while also providing both the small details and the big-picture context that key stakeholders need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airspeed?

There have been no major processes or things that have been gaps with Airspeed. The team constantly listens to customer feedback, turns around enhancements, closes the gaps on expanded use case value across their solution and provides all enhancements complimentary in licensing. "Efficient Call Summarization and HubSpot Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Airspeed?

I use Airspeed after sales calls, especially after demos with clients. I really like that it helps me summarize pieces of the calls and suggests the best strategies for moving forward, which aids me in crafting follow-up emails. Another feature I find invaluable is the integration with HubSpot; it lets me sync notes to HubSpot, saving me a lot of time and making things quicker and easier. I also appreciate how simple the initial setup was. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airspeed?

I feel like the HubSpot integration could be improved because only about 60% of it is filled out, which makes it less efficient than it could be. Additionally, I think Airspeed could be more advanced when it comes to strategizing for leads and crafting personalized emails based on the actual conversations and what the leads express they need. "User-Friendly and Insightful, Perfect for Sales Teams"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Airspeed?

I like Airspeed because it provides me more insight into cross team's objections they hear about my team, helps us remedy issues quickly, and provides better guided talk tracks for the sales team or CSMs based on what they've actually heard. It's great for understanding what the sales team is facing and for getting things sorted before they become bigger problems. I appreciate hearing directly from the end user about what's happening. I also like creating agents and digging into specific call recaps. The ability to segment these into emails with summaries and direct links is fantastic. I find Airspeed very user-friendly, and I can ask it questions about specific calls or broader organizational trends. I value using AI to understand these trends, and the transcripts it generates are irreplaceable. I also love the ability to search for keywords in transcripts and have AI agents deliver summaries to my inbox, which helps me comprehend what happened in recent days or specific periods. "Airspeed: Enhancing Sales with Seamless Salesforce Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Airspeed?

I like the Salesforce integration a lot because it keeps us from manually entering all the MEDPICC criteria into Salesforce, which helps avoid losing context or misinterpreting what was said during calls. I also find it incredibly helpful for staying on top of deals and providing an objective sense of how they’re developing further in the deal cycle. The setup was easy to use out of the box, and a lot of value came from integrating it with our Salesforce and own MCP server, which was relatively easy. We use Airspeed for intelligent call labeling, AI insights, and feedback on our performance, which I think is a great addition. I feel like we’re always up to date with competitor information and able to flag mentions intelligently in calls, which helps us in understanding market positioning and developing our strategies. Plus, Airspeed helps us generate first drafts of email follow-ups, focusing on customer pain points in a way that's easily digestible, which I really appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airspeed?

I think one thing that could be improved are the call tag labels - sometimes it doesn't read the name of competitors correctly so a label is missed. This has to do with how Airspeed picks up call transcripts. I think if Airspeed knows that we have a call label, it should fuzzy match names of competitors. IE ePay is often picked up as ipay in the call transcript and so the call tag doesn't get picked up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless way to build team connection"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Airspeed?

Setup was the easiest part — it was live in our Slack in minutes with basically no admin overhead. Since then it's become a natural part of how our team connects. The intros and icebreakers give new folks an easy on-ramp, the shoutouts make peer recognition feel spontaneous instead of forced, and the team maps have been genuinely useful for a distributed team to see who's where and spark coffee chats. It all lives right where we already work, so adoption didn't require nagging anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airspeed?

A few more customisation options around templates, permissions and scheduling would take it from great to perfect, but none of it gets in the way of the core value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lightning-Fast Transcriptions and AI Notes That Save Time"
5/5
What do you like best about Airspeed?

I love the speed from the moment the meeting ends to a couple of minutes after having the transcription and AI to help me with notes and admin tasks. SPEED! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airspeed?

AI sometimes hallucinates and takes information too literally. Plus, sometimes there are random bugs, but it has happened a couple of times only, and that's amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
