## About Gluu
The free open source Gluu Server enables organizations to centralize their authentication and authorization service and leverage standards such as OpenID Connect, UMA, and SAML 2.0 to achieve federated single sign-on (SSO), strong authentication, and web and API access management.

**What do you like best about Gluu?**

The interface is very intuitive and it's a very easy-to-use platform to document and communicate with your processes. It's best for medium-sized organizations and it has some of the best features such as audit management, alerts, and notifications, etc.

**What do you dislike about Gluu?**

The tool is not fully automated yet and lots of features are missing and it takes time to get familiar with Gluu and to make use from it. The organization would require help from other tools as well since it doesn't include the process mining tasks and also very few features are available in the Enterprise level.

**What problems is Gluu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gluu has really helped to grow. The after-sales support provided by the company is also good and we are utilizing it's most of the features such as calendar management, compliance tracking, business process control, complaint management, access controls, and permissions.
