Glowy is a Portuguese online booking and management platform for beauty businesses: hair salons, estheticians, nail artists and barbershops. Clients book 24/7 on the salon’s own booking page, and the salon sees every appointment in a simple digital calendar. WhatsApp reminders 24 hours before the appointment, and email reminders, are included in the price (no per-message fee), which helps reduce no-shows. If a client cancels, the automatic waiting list offers the free slot to the next client. Clients can also swap appointments with each other without the salon stepping in (optional, the owner can turn it on or off). Teams can set schedules, services per professional and commissions, and the owner gets simple reports on revenue and bookings. One fixed monthly price, no commission on bookings.
