"Glow turns invisible maintenance work into something clients can actually see"

5/5

What do you like best about Glow?

Website maintenance is one of those services clients usually only notice when something breaks. If the site stays online, plugins are updated, backups are running, and nothing major goes wrong, the client can easily start wondering, “What exactly are we paying for every month?” That used to be a constant challenge for us, especially from a marketing and client-retention side. Selling a maintenance plan wasn’t the hardest part. Proving its value month after month was where things got tricky. Glow fits really well into that gap. It brings support, tickets, updates, monitoring, backups, reports, and team activity into one place, so maintenance stops living only in internal conversations and becomes much easier for the client to understand. The client reports are probably where I see the biggest impact. Before, we either prepared reports manually or sent summaries that felt too generic. With Glow, clients can clearly see updates, tickets, monitoring activity, and the work that has been done without us having to explain everything from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glow?

I haven’t had any serious issues with Glow, and honestly, there’s nothing I strongly dislike about it. The small limitations show up more when you try to use it without first organizing your own maintenance process. If your service is messy behind the scenes, Glow will make that visible too. For me, that’s not really a bad thing. It just pushes you to be more structured with how you handle support, reporting, and recurring maintenance work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?

A good example happened with a client who had been questioning for months whether they really needed to keep paying for their maintenance plan. From their point of view, the website “worked fine” and they barely opened support tickets. Before, we probably would’ve replied with the usual explanation about security, updates, backups, and prevention. This time, we used Glow to make the conversation much more concrete. We opened the site history, reviewed the updates we had applied, the tickets we had handled, the monitoring activity, the team work, and the monthly report. The conversation changed completely because we weren’t talking in abstract terms anymore. The client could see that the site wasn’t just “working on its own.” There was preventive work happening behind the scenes. In the end, they not only renewed the maintenance plan, they also agreed to add a few extra hours for small improvements that had been sitting on the backlog. That’s where Glow proves its value for me. It helps turn invisible maintenance work into visible value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Glow has transformed how we manage website admin and client support."

5/5

What do you like best about Glow?

Having all day-to-day admin tasks in one central control panel makes everything so much easier to manage. It’s intuitive and saves our team a huge amount of time.

The integration with a customer helpdesk means we can streamline support without the usual back-and-forth. One of our favourite features is the one-click module updates – it’s a real time-saver and allows us to focus more on proactively supporting our clients, rather than getting bogged down in routine patches or maintenance.

It is really easy to implement on client sites too.

We have found the support for us to be great, and when we have faced challenges or requested features, they have been more than happy to support us with those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glow?

It's hard to find fault- the one thing I would love to see is integration with Harvest to pull over the hours used... which I haven't put in as a request yet... but I will do now :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?

It streamlines operations and saves time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The system is simple but effective. There's nothing fluffy or convoluted about it."

5/5

What do you like best about Glow?

I like that its simple but effective. The system does exactly what it should do making our lives as Webmasters easier. We still getting to grips with it but i can already see the benefits of it and my team is enjoying using it.

The support is second to none and really proactive. The Glow team are always on hand and their responses are fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glow?

At the moment there is no way to bulk delete tickets. This would really save time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?

The System is providing an easy way to update and monitor our sites.

What we really are happy with is the reporting side of Glow. The reports are easy to generate and really attractive. Our Clients can read them and understand them easily and we can sell more management contracts this way.

The ticketing system is a brand new thing for us. I can't begin to say how excited I am to get these support requests out of my inbox! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic tool that's a real game changer for our business and, I'd say, our industry."

5/5

What do you like best about Glow?

Genuinely game changing tool that has transformed the way we manage and report on our WordPress sites. It's saved a tonne of time, kept everything we need in one place and has led to improved client retention and a significant boost in revenue. If you're a WordPress agency, you host/manage your clients' sites and DON'T have Glow yet, you're missing a trick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glow?

I can't think of anything that I don't like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gives me oversight over all of the WordPress sites we host in one place, showing me all sorts of critical metrics like uptime, performance, backups, updates required, security issues and so on. That means I can login to one platform rather than to huge numbers of websites one by one. It's saved a vast amount of time in that sense. It's also saved time in that I can run all updates from Glow without logging into the site itself, I can search for sites that all need the same plugin updating, all of my backups are run from there and, perhaps most importantly, I can send out simple, intuitive and even automated reports to my clients showing them what we've done that month (including tickets/issues resolved, how long we spent on them, what we updated and so on). Thanks to the custom content feature we're also able to use those reports to upsell our clients from basic packages to more advanced packages which has a positive impact upon our revenue. "The system is really easy to use and navigate."

5/5

What do you like best about Glow?

The system allows me to keep on top of tasks as well as monitor updates needed for our website maintenance. The customer support team are really helpful and very quick to respond to enquiries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glow?

I would love to see a bulk delete option for tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Glow is giving us a simple way to update and monitor our sites. The report system is brilliant for us as it allows us to provide out clients with clear, easy to understand information for their site. This is a real time saver!! We are still adapting to the ticketing system but once we get this going, it will be great for support and project management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Website Maintenance and Monitoring"

5/5

What do you like best about Glow?

I now use Glow daily, it is a cracking tool that makes website maintenance an absolute doddle. It takes seconds to implement and get going. I love how it simplifies keeping all my client websites updated, secure, and running smoothly. The dashboard is clean and intuitive, giving me everything I need at a glance. The reporting feature is great—it lets me send professional reports to my clients with minimal effort, which they will appreciate, and it makes me look proper organised. It works really well with WordPress, which is my bread and butter for website builds. I have had a couple of minor issues mostly to do with connections, but each snag has been very quickly resolved by the awesome customer support staff. While i dont have alot of websites on my books to manage atm, the process streamlining Glow has allowed, means that as my business grows regular tasks such as backups, plugin updates and monitoring no longer need to take up so much of my time, so that I can focus more on being creative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glow?

There's not much to grumble about, to be fair. If there was anything I would change I would probably expand the slack integrations to cover more than a single workspace. I use a Slack workspace for each individual website project, being able to integrate each website on Glow to each Slack Workspace for ease of raising tickets, being informed about downtime, and automatically adding reports would make things a bit easier for me, but that could be just how I work. Also possibly a bit more freedom for designing the reports, specifically the front and back covers, while they look good and match my colour schemes etc, I would like to mess around with layouts a bit more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time managment for maintaining websites. For my pay monthly websites I allocate 2 hours a month for maintenance, backups, updates, basic SEO, design and content changes etc. regular use of Glow for a good chunk of these tasks means that I can spend more time working on SEO, Design and content changes or product updates. "Glow enables me to confidently manage multiple websites and provide an excellent client experience"

5/5

What do you like best about Glow?

Glow is a simple, easy to use software tool that enables me to manage multiple WordPress websites and provide an excellent support service to my clients.

The interface is easy to use and navigate, updates to my clients websites are handled seamlessly and the overall usability of the application is easy. I log into Glow every day and it's now become an integral part of my daily processes. Implementing Glow on my clients websites is easy and doesn't adversely affect my clients site performance.

I'd recommend Glow to any WordPress maintenance business looking for an application that is easy to integrate and provides excellent customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glow?

There are no real downsides to Glow, but I would like to see an integration with task management tool like Trello or Clickup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Glow helps me manage multiple websites with ease and more importantly to manage tasks that my clients ask me to perform on their websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Moving to Glow from ManageWP"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Glow?

Support tickets combined with wordpress maintenance capabilities.

Backups that actually restore properly (managewp just didn't work well for big sites)

Tracking support time per client per month

Assigning support team members to specific sites

Excellent reporting facilities

Saving us costs, two softwares in one and much better for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glow?

There is not a lot to dislike. I would like an API. I would like to see ticket categorisation and some more customisability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Combining wordpress maintenance and our support services in one product rather than two. As well as helping us deliver more value to clients based on reporting.

Also streamlines our internal processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Glow is a big part of helping us retain clients"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Glow?

The 2 main reasons we signed up for Glow were for the uptime monitoring (to tell us when any of our clients' sites go down) and for the client reporting. All our WordPress updates are automated with our hosting company so Glow is perfect as it records all update activity, even if the activity takes place outside Glow.

Now when it comes round to client renewals, we're able to easily demonastrate the work we've been doing all year to look after the client's website. Glow's reports just pulls it all together for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glow?

We had a few issues initially with the Uptime Monitor, causing usage spikes on our server. But Glow's support team have been great and really fast in dealing with any problems. Other than that, I can't think of anything I don't like about Glow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?

The 2 main problems Glow has solved for us is around uptime monitoring and client reporting. Before Glow, we literally had no idea if a client's site was offline whereas now, we know instantly and our team can get things fixed. And Glow's client reports help us to showcase to clients all the work we've been doing to look after their website in the past year (we do client renewals yearly). What do you dislike about Glow?

- The ability not to apply auto-updates to plugins if not set.

- You have to manually turn on uptime monitoring Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gives a quick overview of the websites that are not up to date and shows up any vulenrabilities that need to be updated/patched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
