What do you like best about GlobalVision?

Docu-Proof by GlobalVision is a really useful tool for proofing labels & documents. Before Docu-Proof, all reviews had to be done by only a visual review, which is prone to errors. Docu-Proof allows us to do a character-by-character comparison and verify that the content matches. This is a great timesaver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GlobalVision?

When we've had questions or issues regarding the software, at times we've been unable to get a satisfactory resolution. They try, but I feel like customer service/support after buying the product could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GlobalVision solving and how is that benefiting you?
