Docu-Proof by GlobalVision is a really useful tool for proofing labels & documents. Before Docu-Proof, all reviews had to be done by only a visual review, which is prone to errors. What do you dislike about GlobalVision? When we've had questions or issues regarding the software, at times we've been unable to get a satisfactory resolution. ArtProof does a great job of picking up tiny differences in the documents I run through the program. This tool saves me a lot of time doing toggle checks (where I might miss stuff). I like the user-friendliness of the Proofware and ScanProof applications. Its FAQ link has a wealth of information on the use of the system for our users.
