  ### 1. Unfortunately, the Poorest Customer Service I've Used

**What do you like best about GlobalSign?**

The certificate they provided worked well and was easy to use, once I received it, although the verification process is quite a laborious process (though I understand it's designed to be that way).

**What do you dislike about GlobalSign?**

It has been extremely difficult to complete the verification process, even though I was able to verify with them last year with less hassle; moreover, they're exceptionally slow at responding to my questions and assisting me through the process. Had I not received my certificate last year with them, I would've used a different company.

**What problems is GlobalSign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GlobalSign provides the certificates I need to digitally sign and certify documents for a technical specification process, although I only use the certificate several times each year.

**What do you like best about GlobalSign?**

It wasn't difficult to create the CSR.  That is literally the only thing I can say that is positive about them at this point.  I guess they can also say that they are willing to pay for incentivized reviews because that is the only positive reviews they have.

**What do you dislike about GlobalSign?**

Their support is non-existent.  Their website doesn't work with half of the icons for reaching them.  The phone numbers to call for support go to voice mail for an individual who says they are not at their desk.  Oh I am 100% sure leaving a message there is going to get a response. 

They don't respond to tickets for days, and their vetting process is an absolute nightmare.  Run, run away.  Do not use them.

**What problems is GlobalSign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been trying to get an SSL cert completed for three weeks now.  Their customer service is absolute garbage.  I would only use Digicert but for their new policies that rack up costs, and I needed a very specific kind of cert that only Globalsign could do apparently.  I will never willingly use them, ever again.
