It is easy to understand, use, and support, and it also allows customization to our needs, supported by ample information in the knowledge base and help files. Implementation is straightforward, and the availability of help files and customer support has been very helpful. Overall, the product offers many features that make integration easier during adoption, while also incorporating the latest industry-standard requirements. **What do you dislike about Globalscape?** In my opinion, product testing before release should be more robust. Over the years, there have been a few instances where bugs were discovered, features were missing, or changes were made that removed essential functionality.
