What do you like best about GlobalLink?

We use Global Links Machine Translation the most and it's working really well for us. We service the needs of all areas within the firm and have received positive feedback Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GlobalLink?

We have been trying Global Links Enterprise PD Sapphire, but due to some reasons have been facing latency or UX issues that we haven't been able to resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GlobalLink solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our internal application is connecting to GL via APIs and we do 2 things, 1) Send documents over to TransPerfect for professional translation, or 2) machine translation for non customer facing use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

account relationship managers do a poor job at advertising what is out there. many things i did not hear until today- would be great if advertisement and content was shared with partners with out us asking Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User interface -- it is hard for non-linguists to use.
