It takes a while to understand that the technology is being offered to help me. I also made connections that I can reach out to for brainstorming and discussing best practices in my field. **What do you dislike about GlobalLink?** The time between sessions was sometimes a bit short - one session on the second day ended at 12pm and the next session started at 12pm. Some of the microphones provided muffled sound, which made it difficult to follow precisely. **What problems is GlobalLink solving and how is that benefiting you?** GlobalLink is offering effecient and tailored localisation experiences and other language solutions to companies. As of now I am not yet using GlobalLink but my team and I are discussing this opportunity. In addition, we started using Project Director a couple of years ago, which has significantly improved my company's translation services process. **What do you dislike about GlobalLink?** Project Director isn't the most user-friendly for our one-off customers. We have tried user guides and hands-on instructions but notice it is still difficult for them to navigate a platform that they don't use frequently.
