The Customer Success and user interface was excellent. Colm was incredibly thorough throughout the process and made cap table management easy. Other platforms tend to gatekeep and charge extra for white glove service. It was so easy to get started. The video calls were with knowledgeable representatives that were able to answer all of our questions. They provided a walkthrough and extra resources for future processes. I gave them all the documents and it was so nice to have everything done for me regarding the cap table and stock management.
