I appreciate the cost-effectiveness it offers compared to our previous software. The solution allows me to effectively reach our stockholders and handle equity distribution seamlessly. I also enjoy the easy setup process, supported by excellent customer service, which made transitioning smooth. The setup was straightforward with robust assistance provided throughout. The round simulation feature stands out as highly beneficial, along with the ability to effortlessly download the cap table, adding considerable value to our operations. Additionally, I am impressed by the support service, specifically from a representative named Nichelle, who is incredibly helpful and resolves issues promptly, enhancing the overall experience. I moved from Carta to to JP Morgan and it was so easy. They took all my exported Carta documents and set up my whole account in days. Then I got a thorough walkthrough of the platform. The simplicity, the level of support (for startups) when everything is new and daunting (a complete learning curb), from an understanding and knowledgeable team has been infallible. The ease of implementing key information, and the ability to get a birds-eye view of whats important to founders. To be able to understand the full dilution without willingly loosing control of our Cap Table is immense and Conor and Gabriela were awesome and supportive with getting us on the platform and through the onboarding. This software was so easy to use, especially compared to other platforms I've used. I'm able to easily go in and test different scenarios and quickly see potential outcomes. I can tell I'll be using this a lot. Above and beyond, though, is the customer support and the onboarding. The team does a great job walking through the many features and making you feel very comfortable with them.
