Now that I've shut the business down, they auto-renew a yearly contract and continue to charge me monthly. It's like a gym membership that is a never ending loop to end. Global Relay is the absolute best email monitoring software on the market. As a Data Analyst at a financial compliance company, I worked with well over a dozen different content management systems to monitor electronic communications, and Global Relay was by far the most efficient in terms of narrowing search results, load time, ease of scrolling, and interface.
