What I like most about Global PayEX's solutions is how smoothly they reconcile 98%+ of our payments in just 2 minutes and also integrated with our existing systems, Kenan and SAP, hassle-free. We have implemented the EIPP solution in our existing application, iManage, along with the cash application automation solution, AlgoriQ. Both have significantly improved our accounts receivable management. I must say our collections team is actually happy now. They have a dashboard to monitor everything – payment transfers, reversals, deductions, and even the 26AS reconciliation. They're no longer chasing invoices; instead, they instantly take corrective actions based on the customer insights of the dashboard. With 730,000+ customers onboarded and transactions worth INR 375+ crore processed automatically, Global PayEX has played a crucial role in streamlining the payment workflows at Tata Teleservices Limited. Earlier, multiple teams were handling the cash application process, but now it is done only by the system. Earlier it took us around 2 weeks to process invoices after verification, which is now happening in real time. With smooth integration into Kenan and scheduled payment postings in SAP, we have drastically reduced payment processing times and errors. The custom reports provide better visibility into our payment ecosystem. We're saving tons of time, money, and stress. Earlier, our finance team at Huhtamaki faced challenges in reconciling payments of 1100+ customers and managing ERP posting manually. A 10-member team was deployed to manage the reconciliation at Huhtamaki as manual reconciliation, deduction mapping, and billing adjustments took us more than two hours per payment. After implementing AlgoriQ, over 85% of the AR reconciliation and posting is automated, and we have achieved 50% faster reconciliation. The software is intuitive and reliable; our finance teams use it daily for payment processing. The time taken to reconcile payments was reduced from 15+ days to less than seven days within the first quarter of implementation, significantly reducing unapplied cash. In the last 10 months, the solution has processed over 15,000+ invoices for us, amounting to over 150Mn USD. AlgoriQ has significantly streamlined our cash reconciliation and deductions management, resulting in substantial time savings. Previously, the reconciliation process spanned between 3-5 days involving 4 resources , but with AlgoriQ's implementation, with its AI-driven invoice matching algorithms have slashed the reconciliation time to less than an hour. We are highly satisfied with its functionality, seamless integration with our ERP SAP ECC 6.0, and its user-friendly interface. One standout feature that we greatly appreciate is AlgoriQ's ability to automatically read and interpret payment advice in various formats. In the past, our team manually deciphered payment advice, but now, automation handles the entire process. This facilitates seamless cash posting, instantly updating details to our ERP without requiring any manual intervention. Manual reconciliation reduced by 90% - The entire process, from identifying payments in Bank MIS to reading payment advice, reconciling against the ledger, and tracking deductions, was completely manual and complex. - Even the details' update back to the ERP was a manual task. We’ve been using FreePay since 2020 and the best thing about it is its ability to automate the entire collection and reconciliation process, thereby optimizing our working capital management. FreePay has helped us receive the Adam Smith Award 2022 for our best-in-class digitization regarding NACH. The submissions standard was of the highest level, with a fantastic 416 nominations. Earlier our CFAs were responsible for collecting and maintaining cheque details. These cheques in transit would often pose a problem around credit limit release. But FreePay has efficiently replicated cheque payment mechanisms through ACH mandates processed through GSK’s banks. We have been able to significantly reduce the time taken for dispute resolution. Earlier there was a lack of proper visibility about the invoices/ Credit notes for our dealers. Through FreePay, they can now view their outstanding invoices and can avail cash discounts/deferment on a single platform and can apply them easily while making the payment. Moreover, FreePay's dunning feature has really proven instrumental in ensuring a smoother cash flow within our dealer network. It has provided us with an automated SMS reminder feature which sends out notifications to our dealers about upcoming invoice’s due dates and amounts, 2 days in advance. We can now maintain our operational pace without interruption even when onboarding new clients and partners. These automation capabilities have helped us expedite our AR processes, freeing up valuable time to focus on new retail partners without scaling the headcount. Previously, maintaining this momentum with new client on boardings was a challenge.
