**What do you like best about GMS?**

It's Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) helps in unifying muti channel customer communications and it's AI driven chatbot helps in understanding the customer requirements clearly and able to service and satisfy the customers via a single API and self-service platform.

**What do you dislike about GMS?**

Sometimes through the push of messages of different kinds like SMS, emails, MMS there is a possibility of viruses that can be spread through any email attachments or links.

**What problems is GMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have integrated GMS AI chatbot solution for our enterprise which acts as a virtual assistant and there is no need of a man power to answer the customer queries and frequently asked questions. It benefits us with the cost associated with respect to the service provided to the customers and ensures quick response.
