Natalie Williams is our GLS rep and is responsible for working with us on improving our Security Awareness Essentials training and supplemental video training. It's always great to work with Natalie and her team. Excellent collaboration, video content and custom touch enhanced the user experience. We have received several comments that our mandatory annual training for our employees is up to date, hip, engaging and embodies more cultural togetherness than the previous version.
