What I like most about global expansion is the chance to see something you’ve built reach people in completely different parts of the world. It’s exciting and a little challenging—you learn a lot by stepping into new markets, understanding different cultures, and figuring out how to make your product or service actually matter to people there. It pushes you to think bigger and adapt, and that kind of growth is really rewarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I don’t like about global expansion is how unpredictable it can be. No matter how much planning you do, there are always unexpected roadblocks—cultural missteps, legal red tape, supply chain issues, or things just moving slower than you'd hoped. It can be frustrating when a strategy that worked perfectly in one market falls flat in another. It takes a lot of patience, flexibility, and sometimes a few tough lessons.
