"3.5 years+ with Global App Testing"
5/5
What do you like best about Global App Testing?

Overall we’ve had a very positive experience with one or two minor teething issues which were resolved quickly. Our product has evolved over time and so there has been a lot of changes with the way we work with GAT - overall the product is robust and very adaptable. Other major benefits for us are:

- Real world test-execution (we no longer use device farms)

- Managing tests / test case management in one place

- Speeding up time we spend on QA internally (we use a mixing manual and automation tests)

- Very response and open customer support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Global App Testing?

More influence on the product roadmap - there are features we want but understand they may be unique to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Timely and reliable crowd-based tests with highly capable PMs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Global App Testing?

I like how the PM team manages my test requests even those that are somewhat demanding in terms of timelines. They're fast to coordinate and execute tests regardless if it's a simple or complex request. Overall, I'd say that establishing strong customer relationships is what makes working with them such a delightful experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Global App Testing?

I wish that we'd be able to test within challenging countries in the future (such as Iran, etc). Not GAT's fault since I think this is more of a limitation on the available payment systems on those countries.

There's also an opportunity in terms of the technology behind how JIRA bugs are managed, there's been a few instances where duplication errors happen during export Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good investment for mobile app testing"
5/5
What do you like best about Global App Testing?

We run all our exploratory tests via Global App Testing mainly to increase capacity from our internal teams and for the device/OS/network coverage we get from testing on real devices. The bug reports we get are consistent and are generally good quality - so our teams can debug relatively quickly. Test case execution turnaround time varies on iOS and Android apps but it’s generally between 30min-1hr - which is good as we have multiple testers execute the same test cases on a variety of devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Global App Testing?

Nothing comes to mind immediately - we are happy with the product. Better user management if I had to pick something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great test coverage + weekend tests"
5/5
What do you like best about Global App Testing?

- We’ve increased our test coverage which has allowed us to find bugs we couldn’t replicate with our engineering or QA teams.

- We sometimes launch exploratory tests over the weekend which saves us time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Global App Testing?

Overall a very positive experience and it fulfills the function we use it for. In an ideal world we’d like to spend more time doing analysis on the bugs to see trends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
