GAT onboarded on to our complex product very quickly and were providing valuable feedback almost immediately. Their platform is very user friendly and we saw high quality bug reports, including videos, screenshots and detailed instructions to reproduce. Their system allows you to easily schedule new test runs, flag issues and assign priorities. We have relied heavily on GAT to compliment our in house QA department and testing processes and many issues were found that were not found internally.
