The only minor downside with using GAT is that we do not have a direct line of communication to the crowd source testers, which can result slightly slower response when needing follow up on test result or question. I appreciate how easy it is to read the test results, and I can always count on them being delivered promptly. Any issues encountered along the way are quickly resolved and the communication with the team is very ease. I've particularly worked with Ralph Walendy-Wrigley and Paul Chinta-Muresan and everything went smooth each time. I use their service at least once a week for regression testing of the entire web app and sometimes for feature testing also. One way this could be improved is by ensuring that the attachments related to identified issues do not expire. This would make it easier to reference them whenever needed. It helps us solve our need for speed and scale during regression. I appreciate the real-device coverage as it increases coverage, helps catch issues, and provides peace of mind. The flexibility of Global App Testing allows us to quickly scale testing, and its speed helps with test executions to meet our timelines. Setting it up was fairly easy too.
