It's a fact that as a company, you do not have resources to test every single device, OS version, accessibility setting, locale and other testing complexities. GAT helps exactly with this, being able to reduce your team's focus on QA and let them take care of the testing, catching regressions and new bugs is priceless. Sometimes, the fact that they cannot ensure the same testers will be testing your platform is a problem (especially if you need them to run some very specific configuration steps to test something like Play Store payments internally for example). Global app testing is quick to respond to our weekly requests and can always contact us is something is amiss or unclear. This creates a smooth collaboration. The request platform is mostly easy to use and cloning requests is a nice feature. It is helpful to have testers run the requested test cases or exploratory tests in some specific conditions.
