AI Assist is Global Agent Studio’s always-on support agent. It’s built to stop customers from getting lost in complicated websites or buried manuals. It pulls exact answers from your product catalogs, technical manuals, and service docs using a governed RAG setup so it only says things that are actually in your content. Setup is straightforward. You sync your catalogs and docs, set role-based access so it knows whether it’s talking to a shopper or an enterprise client, then embed it with one iframe on your website, app, or Slack. If a question is outside its knowledge, it opens a Jira ticket with full context and a Case ID and hands it off to a human. It works for both online stores (product questions, inventory, promo codes) and B2B technical support. Teams using it have seen Tier-1 tickets drop around 40% and CSAT rise about 20%, with support available around the clock. Sarah Mitchell, Head of Customer Success at Bright Media Solutions, said: “We dropped our Tier 1 support volume by 38% in the first month. Our B2B clients stopped opening tickets for things that were already in the documentation — the agent just handles it.”
