Additionally, I appreciate the logical and easy-to-use interface, the complete solution for employee development, and the professional and supportive Gloat team. Additionally, keeping the marketplace in a state of healthy balance after launch requires a lot more work than was anticipated, including maintenance, training, and user interaction. One of the main problems it addresses is the lack of visibility into available career opportunities within the company.
