## About Glimt App
Glimt is a desktop app that offers visualized breathwork sessions throughout your workday. It sits patiently in the background and reminds you at your given intervals and prompts you to do a follow a long breathwork session. The goal of Glimt is to help you breathe more consciously during your workday. Which will help you stay centered, present and focused while working. We know it is easy to forget when you're deep in the zone! You can select from a variety of breath presets that either calms or energizes you or design your very own pattern or even a playlist of patterns where you can tailor your session to your needs. It automatically pauses when you are in a meeting and tries its best not to bother you. You can also set optional office hours so it only reminds you during work.
