Glim is a managed, white-label corporate store for companies in Brazil. The company lends its brand and approves the catalog; Glim runs everything else: on-demand production, managed inventory, invoicing, individual shipping and recipient support. What runs in the store - Onboarding kits: each new hire gets a redemption link, picks their size and enters their own address; the kit is produced on demand and shipped anywhere in Brazil. Triggers from Slack, Microsoft Teams and Greenhouse (native) or from Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems via API and webhooks. - Employee recognition and rewards: the company loads a prepaid balance, defines who rewards whom and with how much, and the employee redeems a real product of their choice, delivered at home with an invoice in their name. - Uniforms by unit, role and size, with per-unit invoicing for franchise networks and multi-CNPJ companies. - Event kits, year-end kits and recurring campaigns; drops several times a year without an internal project. - Employee, franchisee or member purchases: the buyer pays in the store and receives Glim's invoice; the company never becomes a retailer. Catalog and logistics About 700 ready-to-ship SKUs and 10,000+ customizable items, no minimum order. Production in São Paulo in 2 to 7 business days; delivery in 3 to 15 business days depending on the destination, with tracking. A Brazilian NF-e is issued on every order, with shipping on the same invoice. Governance SSO via SAML/SCIM (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace), permissions by area and approval level, budgets by cost center, reports exportable as CSV, Excel or via API, LGPD with DPA, 5-year fiscal retention and self-service data portability. Company Founded in 2020 in São Paulo. 80+ companies, 350+ stores and 40,000+ people served. A branded store goes live in 7 to 10 business days; a test store with the company's brand in up to 7 days.
