Very simple and easy to use diagram tool. You can easy create flow charts and diagrams for stuff without experience using the tool. Generally it is pretty intuitive and within a few minutes, you'll be creating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface could be better - when you first login, you jump right into a canvas versus starting at a dashboard. It would be really nice to have a desktop version that could be installed and used - I don't always love using the web interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the fact that the user interface is not cluttered. Everything is easy to find and it's very simple to start creating a diagram. There are many ways to also customise everything to suit your needs (i.e arrow shapes, size, type etc) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I initially disliked how to arrow function was very fiddly but then realised I was not using the correct type. It takes a bit getting used to but eventually got there. The editing property icons are not self explanatory so you have to fiddle around a little bit to find things you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
