"Gliffy is intuitive , easy to use , and gets the job done."
2.5/5
What do you like best about Gliffy?

I use Gliffy a lot for block-flow diagrams to illustrate team processes and procedures. In that context, it is intuitive and a lot more efficient to use than MS PowerPoint for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gliffy?

I wish there can be more functionalities when exporting Gliffy files into PNG or JPEG, for example, the ability to select only a portion of the graph to export.

I like to be able to name layers than the default L0, L1, etc. convention.

Also the ability to have fine positional control when moving a "single selected item"; I can only use the mouse drag. I can use the keyboard arrow keys to move if more than one item is selected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Our new go-to for internal design diagrams."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Gliffy?

Gliffy's strength is the ease with which diagrams can be edited cleanly. Links between components adjust properly when things are dragged around, saving a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gliffy?

For very specific use cases like some UML diagrams, we do still prefer specialized software like Astah - but most of our documentation needs are well met by Gliffy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Really intuitive and easy to use"
5/5
What do you like best about Gliffy?

I had previously tried multiple times to design and catalogue SOPs for my business in Word, Excel and other software platforms. After many hours of struggling, I decided to do a bit more research and came across Gliffy. Since downloading Gliffy it has been easy and efficient to map out and produce SOPs and logic charts. I highly recommend this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gliffy?

I don't have any complaints about it at all. Maybe having some flowchart template blocks could be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
