I like to be able to name layers than the default L0, L1, etc. convention.

I had previously tried multiple times to design and catalogue SOPs for my business in Word, Excel and other software platforms. After many hours of struggling, I decided to do a bit more research and came across Gliffy. Since downloading Gliffy it has been easy and efficient to map out and produce SOPs and logic charts.
