What problems is Glider AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Glider AI is great for our hiring process because it fixes some important stuff. For one, it makes evaluating candidates a lot easier by taking care of everything automatically. According to my experience In addition, its analysis driven by artificial intelligence gives us unbiased insights into the abilities of the potential employees which makes sure fairness when judging them. More so, this saves time and resources spent during screening. Furthermore, through identifying strong applicants early on in our selection process; we can concentrate more on promising individuals thus hastening recruitment and enhancing general outcome efficiency. Interface is easy to understand.

Colloborative editor along with the video feature is useful and helps the candidate and the interviewer to avoid switching applications.

Question lock feature helps to show only the question in focus to the candidate. Timer helps both interviewer and cadidate to keep track of time, Code editor supports all major languages and easy to work with.

What do you dislike about Glider AI?

I found it not very useful for javascript coding interviews. Candidates usually prefer some other editor exclusive to Javascript as the glider sometimes behaves weirdly for JS.

Helps in conducting and managing the technical interviews. Also, the interview and feedback history is helpful to revisiting the performance of the candidate throughout all rounds.
