Glidepath is airside operations software for airports and military airfields of any size: general aviation fields, FBOs, reliever and municipal airports, Part 139 certificated airports, multi-airport authorities, and military airfields. It was built by Chris Proctor, who has managed Air Force airfields for nineteen years, to run the loop every airfield runs daily: inspect, find, fix, verify, and prove it. A discrepancy is logged with a photo and its location on the map; maintenance opens it on a phone, tablet, or computer, makes the repair, and marks it complete; operations verifies and closes it. For Part 139 airports, Glidepath covers self-inspections (§139.327), field condition reporting and FICON (§139.339), certification readiness mapped to your approved ACM, SMS, AEP, ARFF, training, wildlife, NOTAMs, and records export. For military airfields, it is built on DAFMAN and UFC, with airfield checks, events log (AF Form 3616), waivers (AF Form 505), obstruction evaluations, parking plans, and CES work orders. It is in daily use at multiple military airfields. Every module is included at every size, and pricing is set for smaller airports. A guided setup gets you to your first documented discrepancy in under an hour. Supported entries work offline and sync when the connection returns. Records stay yours, with export to CSV and PDF at any time. Hosted on AWS.
