"Super Robust, User-Friendly"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Glide Classic?

It's fairly robust, offering a ton of build-out options - and is fairly user friendly. I really like that you can view the finished app as you're working on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glide Classic?

Not much, really. It would be really nice for users to be able to create their own folders to categorize their content, as filtering it can be a little tricky, but I'm not sure that that's what most clients are using their apps for, so this may be a very specific need. Overall, though, I've been very happy with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Task Management with Glide"
5/5
What do you like best about Glide Classic?

I find Glide very useful for task and project management. It's friendly and very easy to use, which makes managing tasks straightforward. The app is also quite time-saving, which is a huge benefit for staying organized and meeting deadlines. Setting up Glide was very easy for my team, which made the transition smooth and hassle-free. What do you dislike about Glide Classic?

The plans, if they are flexible, that would be great. And if they include none for profit organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless App Creation with No-Code Magic"
5/5
What do you like best about Glide Classic?

I appreciate Glide for its ease of use and speed of development, making it simple to turn ideas into actual apps. I like its customizable format and how it helps automate the little hard-to-track details involved with lead follow-up and operational fulfillment. I can use most of the apps I create from my phone, which allows for a thin and lightweight app experience without getting bogged down. The initial setup was very easy; I managed to set up and create my first app during a short plane ride, which was pretty impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glide Classic?

Integrating Glide with the outside world is sometimes challenging. More customization of the look and feel of my apps would be helpful, but I am comfortable with the monthly subscription tier, and I don't see the value in upgrading to a tier where I could get access to CSS and more customizations. "Great Foundation for Reviews and Approvals, but Agent Accuracy and Undo Need Work"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Glide Classic?

I appreciate that Glide provides a great foundation to build on. It has eased the process of review and approval. There are a few kinks but they are normal as I have used the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glide Classic?

When using the agent, they do not always create what you are asking. Also I wish there was an undo button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transform Ideas into Reality without Code"
5/5
What do you like best about Glide Classic?

What I value most about Glide is its balance between simplicity and power, which allows you to start with small projects but also design complex structures with multiple roles. I like how you can establish relationships between tables, apply conditional logic, and perform automations. The architectural freedom is real; we are not limited to a preset format but can design the system according to our business model. It allowed me to create a multi-user system where training centers, companies, and workers interact, with real-time data validation, without prior programming knowledge. I evaluated other no-code platforms before deciding on Glide, but its data-centered approach, its ability to scale from MVP to complex systems, and the speed of interaction were decisive for my project. Additionally, it was possible to launch my application thanks to the flexibility and accessibility that Glide offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glide Classic?

That OFFLINE data loading is not allowed and that the QR system should be integrated into plans like maker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Tools, But Complex for Beginners"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Glide Classic?

I really like Glide because it helps me in creating applications with many useful tools, such as the integrated GPS. Its interface is also quite good, which makes some things intuitive and saves me time when developing my application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glide Classic?

I believe there are several things that can be improved in Glide. For example, the programming within the application should be more intuitive or easy. Some variants require several steps in different places to work. I had to use ChatGPT to understand how to use certain functions, and even then it was complicated. It would also be useful to have pre-established options to facilitate the use of programming functions. Glide cannot be translated into Spanish, which is an inconvenience. The initial setup was quite difficult, especially without prior knowledge of Glide, and the lack of translation into Spanish makes it more complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Save time, money, headaches, and stress."
5/5
What do you like best about Glide Classic?

I like the AI assistant which makes it easy to find bugs and solutions to get the build complete. This is my first shot at no-code, and the help bridged the gap to make it possible for me to complete the work. I could ask it to explain a technical detail or just do it for me and both worked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glide Classic?

I would like more users in the free version. It said up to 10 personal users, but 4 of those were me running tests from different accounts, which left only 6. Ten is good if it's truly 10. Customer support isn't really a thing until you're a paid user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful App Builder with Intuitive Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Glide Classic?

I love the ability to build powerful, beautiful applications using Glide’s easy-to-use interface. The fact that Glide serves as a suite allowing me to create the database, interface, and workflows all in one place is incredibly convenient, making it a one-stop shop for application building. Additionally, I really appreciate the data editor, which I utilize extensively, even more so than any other data source. The layout editor is also easy and intuitive to use, and the workflow editor provides a wide array of actions and automations that are seamlessly integrated, making using these environments a pleasure. Transitioning to Glide from Google Sheets was an absolute breeze and even enjoyable. Overall, Glide fits perfectly into my workflow by streamlining and improving internal business processes that previously relied heavily on manual, non-automated data entry using Excel and Google Sheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glide Classic?

I find that Glide's specific internal logic for building apps can sometimes be clunky and difficult to grasp, which means it can take time to master. Additionally, the requirement for a screen to be tied to a table is occasionally puzzling, and it becomes tricky to fetch data from another table when the necessary data isn't included in the data source of the table being used. Response from Darren Humphries of Glide Classic

Nathanael, thanks for the review and for being such as important part of our user community! You are right, Glide's main use is for internal business solutions. Of course, it can be - and is - used for more than that our build roadmap is based on business.

Thanks again, Nathanael!

"Empowered My No-Code App Development"
5/5
What do you like best about Glide Classic?

I used Glide to create my first no-coding hospitality app, and it really relieved the stress of coding for me. I find it convenient to use, and once I got the hang of it, it became easier to use. I really enjoy using Glide because all the tools are very straightforward, which I like. I appreciate the ability to create relations and have everything communicate in one section and column. This is really helpful as I've learned the importance of having things work well in connection with each other. I consider Glide a big advantage for me in tackling projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glide Classic?

I've noticed that Glide works well for small apps and small communications, but if it can take on larger projects like PMS systems that would be great for hotel integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
