We have been using glew for over 8 years. As a verticly integrated DTC agency the core metrics we use it for are: LTV, and FB advertisiting KPI's. In addition the LTV by source allows us to see which channels are delivering us better, long-term clients for each dollar spent. It can be expensive if you are not using it to it's full power. The SAAS does way more than we are currently using it for, so can be a hard pill to swallow for their current pricing model. We've worked very closely with Glew for almost a year now, and that relationship has made a world of difference in the way that data is visualized within our organization. Being able to bring together data from multiple sources and easily see how it is related has been invaluable. We do not have internal programming team, so having Glew do all of the ETL work and initial platform integration is just what we needed. We also love that we now have the ability to deliver scheduled, daily dashboards to our teams in the field --\> feeding them useful insights about their stores, in an easy to digest manner, instead of having them take time away from their day, looking for information, instead of interacting with customers. We meet sometimes weekly with our rep to dig into issues we may be having, brainstorm new solutions to real-time data asks from stakeholders, or just to review our existing reports to make sure we have everything structured in the most efficient manner. From our very first sales call, to the deployment phase and our continual development, Glew has provided exceptional support every step of the way. Their team made an effort to thoroughly understand our business's needs from the outset, and have genuinely committed to our success. My team and I have worked with several similar data providers/analytics solutions, and without a doubt, Glew has been the absolute best. It is rare to find such a dedicated business partner that has not only delivered a powerful analytics solution for us but they have also prioritized the customer experience by working tirelessly to ensure that the solution fits seamlessly with our business's needs. Their team of data experts have consistently gone above and beyond, assisting us with everything from basic data tasks to some of the most complex, customized solutions. Besides meeting our needs to gather data from eCommerce and marketing sources like Shopify, Amazon, Google Ananlytics, Klayvio, Meta, CJ, etc. we have a large B2B operation, and Glew has been instrumental in helping us develop a custom solution that is tailored to our diverse needs. As our requirements have evolved, they’ve been very accomodating to help us find solutions so we can grow and remain agile. Prior to signing-on with Glew, our reporting and analytics processes were manual and time-consuming, taking hours of valuable time from our team everyday. Glew has transformed this aspect of our business by helping us automate nearly all of our data-related tasks so we can dedicate our energy to analyzing insights and driving sales rather than being bogged down by the daily grind of data preparation. Beyond automating our complex reporting and analytics, we have also been able to utilize Glew to automate other business tasks, such as reconciling payouts and chargebacks. All of this has resulted in significant cost savings for our company, from reducing development expenses to freeing up employee time and avoiding the opportunity costs of delayed insights. I have encountered a few small quirks/bugs in Looker, but Glew always makes sure to reach out to Looker and submit tickets on our behalf to resolve these issue. I really like how we can do most everything that I can do in Excel, but have it automated to avoid having to run into occasional formula or pivot table errors when updating data in dashboards there. The Looker dashboard build is very functional, flexible, and relatively user friendly that provides me with the real time insights I need to be able to pivot my business quickly. Also having Mitch help me to build what I need in the Looker dashboard is incredbily valuable. He is quick to respond and very patient with the asks that I have (as I have had a lot!). It is also a miss that the "Starter" area and pretty much all other areas are redudant for me due to limited filter options that doesn't allow me to slice and dice info. The only area that is remotely functional for me are the Looker dashboards. It is also not ideal that I still need to crunch data in a Google document to ensure that the correct data pulls into Glew. Glew is our go-to system to help with complex questions or issues that arise when managing data from different platforms in our online business. A major headache it resolves is the struggle looking at data holistically from BigCommerce, Klavyio, Amazon, Amazon Ads, Google Search and Ads, Facebook, and TikTok. Glew brought all this data together, giving us a more complete picture of our business without the usual data silos. Another big win for us is how Glew helps with the time-consuming task of data analysis. With data consolidated from multiple sources, we save a ton of time that would otherwise be spent on manual analysis. This is crucial for us as it means we can answer tricky business questions in just minutes, a process that would normally take days. We love that Glew: - Seemlessly integrates relevant data (Customer Service, Shopify, Ads, Warehousing and custom Google sheets) for all departments. - Dashboards can be created through Looker (which is easy to use) - Dashboards can be scheduled, to all relevant stakeholders (both internal and external). Ultimately, Glew allows us to equip all team-members with the information required to adequately prioritise their time each morning and make informed, quick decisions. It gives us so much data reporting for sales, in many different ways. Its flexibility is fantastic too. Really helps us make business critical decisions with stock purchasing and forecasting.
