I find that although Gleantap is continually improving with frequent updates, these updates are not always free from bugs. Working with Gleantap has been an excellent experience. Their platform is easy to use, reliable, and has really helped streamline our member communication and engagement. The automation features save us a ton of time, the campaigns are simple to set up but very effective, and integration with our CRM has been seamless. On top of that, their customer support team is fantastic—responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help us get the most out of the software. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients’ success. Overall, Gleantap has been a great partner in helping us grow and stay connected with our members. Highly recommend! I personally found setting up some audience segments a little challenging, but that is probably due more to the way data flows out of our CRM then anything having to do with Gleantap. Automated workflows in combination with AI features allow us to react immediately to prospects which was not possible for us to do during off hours or periods when we are short staffed. They also tremendously improve efficiency since many types of campaigns can now be automated.
