It is simple to use and has a strong API for integrating to other systems. The proposal templates provide professional looking proposals for clients. Implementing was straight forward and support was very helpful pre and post implementation. **What do you dislike about GleanQuote?** There are a few email templates that can not be edited or turned off but the primary emails to customers are fully configurable. **What problems is GleanQuote solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have very configurable products with a lot of options. GleanQuote allows the sales team to quickly produce professional proposals that are easy for the customer to read and understand. ### 2. GleanQuote is so configurable and customizable that we were able to fit our crazy quoting structure into this system with more feature to spare. **What do you dislike about GleanQuote?** Being super customizable is a double edged sword. Be careful with your settings! A small mis step can really hurt your system. **What problems is GleanQuote solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solved our very manual Word based quoting process.
