I love Glean's incredibly intuitive searching UI. It allows me to search across all my internal knowledgebase articles and documents so I have the best possible results when I need information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use glean every day to search through historical slack messages, JIRA tickets, and Confluence docs.

It's much better than the built-in search.

Not happy with the permissions they ask for some integrations (they require full admin over gitlab just to index issues and PRs, full read/write over a lot of business websites to install the chrome extension)

Gelan searches all available internal company resources in one click. It saves me a ton of time and makes sure I don't miss any resources to search. I love the Preview option for Slack results which allows us to view the results in-place without navigating to Slack. The ordering of results is also perfect. I would like to be able to sort by newest to oldest but can only seem to filter by "this month" or "this year" etc. Although this may be a misunderstanding on my end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Searching things throughout slack is very helpful since Slack does not have a way to search among different group chats. Google does not support different app searching either Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Glean acquired ACIO at some point, and https://app.askscio.com/ used to lead to my logged-in glean. Now I cannot use this option to access this search. I wish I can have this back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Glean acts like an "internal google search" across all of our company's docs, files, etc. If I remember I saw "something somewhere once" I can actually find it again with Glean! I also find the filters truly valuable, particularly if I know who the document author was or who owns the file or folder. Glean indexes almost all of Roblox's internal resources. It's especially helpful for Confluence, which has awful search. The fact that it indexes my private documents is also impressive and very handy. It does quite a good job with search ranking as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
