I use Glean DAILY (probably hourly) to help complete tasks. You can write all the documentation you'd like, but without an index finding what instruction can be next to impossible. There is not too much to dislike. Sometimes the suggestions can be better. Also, if you make any kind of spelling error then there is no kind of automatic correction, you will have to research with correct spelling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Glean integrates with all the Saas apps I use on an everyday basis, from google docs, slack, workday, JIRA and confluence among others. Since we installed glean, I have never once gone to the individual interfaces for these apps to search for anything. Glean is very fast. The browser plugin makes it even more effective. The quality of results is awesome, and it can nearly always guess the right data source to retrieve the content from and rank the results appropriately. I can search for any information within the company from just one search window. It has the ability to share knowledge not only with myself but also with other colleague, and to design flexible access routes to information within the company.
