I have yet to find a better solution for giveaways. It is an easy-to-use, inexpensive platform that gets the job done. Email exports, entry actions, etc., are all easy to set up and utilize. **What do you dislike about Gleam?** My biggest qualm with Gleam is the lack of analytics and tracking. Some giveaway platforms utilize tracking links in order to provide more robust monitoring and analytics. The basic metrics that Gleam provides are just fine, but I wish they implemented something a bit more in-depth. **What problems is Gleam solving and how is that benefiting you?** My company hosts giveaways regularly, and Gleam is an easy solution and way to capture emails + entries. ### 6. We were able to set up quickly and run multiple successful contests. **What do you dislike about Gleam?** There are not many creative options when it comes to design. The design options are very basic. It does not play well with Pinterest (Pinterest marks it as spam and does not allow linking back to a Gleam contest. We worked around it by linking to our Facebook page instead.) **Recommendations to others considering Gleam:** It’s a great app if you want a simple contest solution. **What problems is Gleam solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gleam has helped us run giveaways and contests across multiple platforms, allowing us to expand our email subscribers and bring visibility to our products. ### 7. Their design and customization tools are super simple to use, but I do wish they would optimize their web interface because it sometimes becomes unresponsive. I would find myself navigating back on my browser to my previous page and start all over again. No biggie — I'm just saying under the pretense "ok if I have to, here's what I recommend to fix" :) **What problems is Gleam solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Gleam platform has legitimized my contest drawings to my customers. I think it's also a fun and engaging way to keep your loyal fans interested. ### 8. This is feedback that I have heard from customers directly but have not experienced it myself. **Recommendations to others considering Gleam:** Gleam is a very robust platform with a lot of different solutions. They have a guide to explain a majority of tools that their system provides. They only have a support team via email from what I can tell but a majority of the setup is intuitive and self-explanatory. I'd recommend this product. **What problems is Gleam solving and how is that benefiting you?** People able to bridge the gap of brand storytelling through different online mediums. We can share with our customers a full story across multiple platforms in a unique way because we can expect that the individual will see our post on all of these sites. ### 9. It wa super easy to set up a membership and make a few competitions in one year we were doing for them. The fact that you can buy all apps or separate them is perfect :) **What do you dislike about Gleam?** We were most part satisfied, support was sometimes replaying later then our team was progressing in some stages so we needed to do some catching up with certain problems. **Recommendations to others considering Gleam:** Gleam is practically an industry standard used by big brands, users are already familiar with the interface. **What problems is Gleam solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our costumers needed a simple and easy way to get new leads and gain more publicity in the community they had an influence on, they got a lot of new likes, shares, and interest after we did a series of giveaways :) ### 11.
