It is not very User Friendly. I uninstalled it next day. **What do you dislike about GlassWire Firewall?** I downloaded it and installed it on my desktop. Installation was easy bit there are no instructions. When I ran it a graph came up but what each color meant is still a mystery to me as there is a lack of menu items to select how you would like the display to be. **What problems is GlassWire Firewall solving and how is that benefiting you?** None ### 2. It has for me. GlassWire identifies suspicious internet activities, taking the weight of cybersecurity issues off your shoulders. Downloading and installing is a breeze. The pages are well-designed and easy to navigate. The settings are customizable. **What do you dislike about GlassWire Firewall?** This software takes some getting used to. For me, it required some serious research and training to be able to fully understand the offerings of the software. I do not have an IT background so it took a while to understand even the basics. The software is also at a higher price point than competitors who offer similar services free of charge. **Recommendations to others considering GlassWire Firewall:** If you have an existing strong knowledge of this type of software, give GlassWire Firewall a go! If you have little to basic knowledge, do some research before committing and ask for help. **What problems is GlassWire Firewall solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to recognize malware & suspicious activity before they cause problems. We are able to keep our personal information private as well as our customers. I am also able to prevent using mobile data, which is not a reimbursable expense at my company, and only use WiFi when available. GlassWire helps us to visualize our data without having to go through the compiling process on our own. ### 3.
