GLARUS by Zeour Ltd is a centralized queue management system for organizations serving visitors across one or many branches. It connects self-service ticketing, counter operations and management reporting, giving operations teams one place to configure their network and follow service delivery. The GLITT Control Center manages branches, regions, services, counters, kiosks, queue displays, employees, working hours and holidays. Live operations dashboards, a control room view and a branch map highlight waiting visitors, service performance and branch availability. A library of 28 reports covers performance, KPIs, service journeys, staff, breaks, feedback and citizen app activity, with CSV, Excel and PDF exports. At the counter, EMS supports calling, recalling, holding, transferring and completing tickets, automatic service flows, keyboard shortcuts, breaks and operator statistics. CSA self-service kiosks provide multilingual walk-in ticketing, printed tickets and appointment check-in when appointments are enabled, with centrally configured services and branding. Arabic right-to-left layouts are supported. Optional modules add appointments, priority customers, customer feedback, email notifications and a citizen app for online booking, walk-in tickets and live status. SMS notifications depend on a configured gateway. GLARUS runs on customer-controlled servers, on premises or in the customer's cloud, with a central server and local branch servers. Branch queues continue operating when connectivity to the central server is interrupted; queued configuration changes are delivered when the branch reconnects. Configurable Aria AI capabilities include live operational answers, charts and diagrams, guided administrative tasks, form drafting, writing assistance, voice interaction, WhatsApp access for authorized users and voice-assisted kiosk ticketing. Aria follows user permissions and requires the relevant AI, speech and channel services to be configured. Microsoft Graph email integration is supported through a Microsoft Entra ID application registration; SMTP is an alternative. Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on is planned and is not currently available.
