GlarAssist makes it easy to remotely provide technical support. It has numerous features such ad file sharing, analytics, screen sharing chat and more which make sessions very productive. GlarAssist is free and can stream to hundreds of people in a single session. It is easy to learn to use it. It also allows for recording of sessions which can later be shared with other team members. The focus of the product is mainly on complex tasks, and it feels like if you wish to perform simple tasks or visualize a small thing then you have to go through all the hoops just like a big project.
