Businesses choose instant confirmation or request approval, configure working hours, service durations, buffers, breaks and time off, and send booking confirmations and email reminders. Customers can reschedule or cancel through secure links. Online bookings and manual appointments share the operational calendar. Each client record connects preferences, reported allergies and sensitivities, color formulas, session notes, photos and appointment history. Professionals can organize before-and-after images by client and session and refer to the details of previous visits. Consultation and consent forms support in-person or remote signing and finalized PDFs, independently of online booking. Shared workspaces give team members separate logins, professional calendars and configurable roles. Permissions control access to client records, financial information, documents, calendars and workspace administration. Solo professionals can start with their own client work and add other workflows when useful. Eligible businesses can connect Stripe, SumUp or Square to collect deposits, balances and custom client payments. Hosted checkout, terminal or provider-app methods and refunds depend on the provider, merchant country, connected-account approval and supported device. Payment and expense tracking remain available separately for money received or spent elsewhere. Core client work is available offline in the mobile apps and synchronizes when connectivity returns. Live booking and payment collection require an internet connection. Glamorph offers a free version limited to three clients in total, monthly subscriptions and an eligibility-dependent trial.
