Management process became a lot easier as well as the utilization of the mobile app. In addition, customer service was very helpful when we had any questions. **What do you dislike about Gladstone?** Personally, the price is what sets me back. We have tried the free demo but we are still holding back on the price of the Gladstone360. **Recommendations to others considering Gladstone:** Great platform. Reserve a full or half a day for set-up and installment. **What problems is Gladstone solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Gladstone360 for health and wellness purposes. It is a great platform with many benefits.
