GlacierPoint Ledger reads the licenses, seats, guests and shared mailboxes of a Microsoft 365 tenant and puts a monthly dollar figure on the licenses nobody uses. It is for IT administrators and managed service providers who pay for Microsoft 365 and want to know which seats do no work before the next renewal. You sign in to the portal with your work email and a six-digit code, then download the Windows app and approve it with the code it shows. The app signs in to Microsoft with your administrator account, asks for read permissions only, runs eleven checks and uploads the run sealed. The report opens on the savings card, then one section per check with the users and subscriptions behind each figure and a line on what to do. The free Preview covers one tenant and up to 3 runs, with every check's count and cost and the first 5 rows of each list. A plan adds the full lists, CSV and PDF exports, your own prices, and on Watch and MSP, scheduled runs, history and many tenants.
