What do you like best about Glaass Pro?

We use Glaass to control all the quaity records on a very major Australian Project. We have found that Glaass in an intuitive and effective tool. Also the customer support is second to none. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glaass Pro?

We have not found any major downsides in our use of Glaass, there are always areas of improvement for any software, and Glaass are always open to liten to suggestion for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Keith, thank you for taking the time to review Glaass Pro. Appreciate your comments around customer support, as this is one area we have a lot of focus on, as there is nothing worse than getting something that doesn't work, and even worse, when you can't call someone to get it fixed! What do you like best about Glaass Pro?

Very friendly and easy application.

Not cumbersome at all.

What do you like best about Glaass Pro?

GLAASS is extremely user-friendly and super easy to follow, we used all our own templates so employees took to it quickly and extensively.

As part of our company accreditations, GLASS ticks all the boxes for training and environment meaning we could go paperless and have all systems and processes in one place.

Technical support is always available, Lachlan could be contacted at any time and was always friendly and able to fix any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glaass Pro?

Having to close down and reopen to refresh changes is the only problem

What do you like best about Glaass Pro?

GLAASS Pro is quite efficient and easy to navigate. With simple and quick traceability, finding and issuing all your new or existing lots and checklists within seconds. It does save a lot of my time on and off the site when it comes to QA issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Glaass Pro?

Register search function/Excel output. The ability to upload photos. Previews when hovering over-attached files and the ability to log in with smartphone (web version) as the app was very clumsy at first glance. GLAAS appears to run faster than other web-based QA applications I have used previously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glaass Pro?

Thousands of emails in the inbox. Difficult to pick out the important ones. Especially difficult to keep track of a particular thread which you have commented on and waiting on a revision submitted. Subject of the email is difficult to interperate. Downloading multiple files auto zip. The busy screen. The ITP page should open the ITP in a format that is the same as the PDF file and have the ability to sign in the ITP document. There was no record that the contractor had released their control point (WP/HP)/workflow. The process of creating a control point then workflows and acceptance is very monotonous. We would like to address some of the dislikes as we believe these can be managed throughout the application. For instance, regarding the number of emails in your inbox, each user can toggle on what emails they would like to receive in personal preferences. Downloading multiple files to zip is intended to aid bulk downloading, though you will find that if you download a single file, it will not be zipped. Inspection and Test Plans in Glaass are purposefully vertical and not horizontal due to screen real-estate constrains of a digital platform, thereby allowing an unlimited number of headings and items, allowing Glaass to cater to any complexity of Inspection and Test Plan. Control Points can include default workflows, meaning that there is one less step; however, this is up to Administrators in the project to enable this. What do you like best about Glaass Pro?

I like that Lots and all relevant documents are detailed on one screen. The calendar function is good when used correctly by the Admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glaass Pro?

I found Glaass very difficult to navigate in the first few weeks however I am more comfortable with it now. I think a lot of the poor navigation is due to poor set up initially on the specific project. If there was a way to lay the whole project out it would be more helpful - Project Overview Map, for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Glaass Pro?

The ease of closing out & reviewing all the control points. How tasks are come up on the calendar to action is excellent. The ease of navigating through the system makes this one of the most user-friendly systems I have ever used in all my time in construction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glaass Pro?
