Givitas helped consolidate those workflows into a more unified engagement environment where communication, content sharing, event coordination, and member activity tracking could happen in one place. Another strong point was the communication and participation visibility. Teams could monitor engagement trends, member activity, content interaction, and participation patterns much more clearly instead of relying on manually maintained records and fragmented reporting. What stood out immediately was the platform’s usability. The UI/UX felt approachable enough that non-technical coordinators and operational teams could manage member interactions and engagement workflows without needing extensive training or administrative overhead. **What do you dislike about Givitas?** One thing I disliked about Givitas is that while the platform works well for structured member engagement and communication workflows, some areas begin to feel limited as community operations become larger and more customized. In our usage, the platform handled communication management, event coordination, and member interaction tracking reliably, but more advanced workflow customization occasionally required additional manual workarounds. As engagement programs expanded across different member groups, committees, and operational activities, maintaining highly tailored workflows became more difficult than expected. Another challenge involved integrations with broader operational systems. Standard engagement workflows worked well, but deeper synchronization with analytics environments, CRM systems, and more customized operational platforms sometimes required extra configuration effort. **What problems is Givitas solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using the platform, member records, event participation, announcements, engagement activities, and communication history were spread across spreadsheets, email tools, shared documents, and disconnected systems. In one healthcare-focused professional community initiative, this created constant operational overhead because teams lacked a centralized way to manage engagement and track participation consistently. One specific issue involved coordinating educational webinars, member updates, committee activities, and event participation across different stakeholder groups. The way we can collaboratively work and share any knowledge we have throughout a software without any hustle is the best thing about Givitas. Since it's a non profitable organisation which makes it more useful to use even in schools and colleges **What do you dislike about Givitas?** Nothing that I dislike about Givitas, but just that plugins for different platforms can be increased for example connecting with Google Chats and any more **What problems is Givitas solving and how is that benefiting you?** Usually we work offline and collaborate, but when it comes to remote work and collaboration there is no dedicated platform which is free and easily use. But Givitas is a User friendly web platform which allows us to collaboratively work remotely ### 3. They have blogs and free communities to support. It really boosts knowledge. Heavy discussion on research ideas and their implementation. Easy connection with experts. They provide good metrics to view who has shared their suggestions and how well we contributed.
