Can see the reports clearly, can see the transactions clearly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
sometimes the reports don't download straight away, but that happens very rarely Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have had a very positive experience with Giving Fuel up until recently. Their forms are easy to create and giving is always easy to follow along with. They offer a very simplistic approach to looking at your giving. Somebody who is fresh-faced can step into this tool and easily pick up on how everything works and how each report can be used. We've had zero issues with giving fuels forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recently, Giving Fuel changed how their system works. They're now requiring an e-mail for all donors, which normally would be fine except for our monthly donors who gave years ago and have no valid e-mail. E-mails were created for them and they became a lumped group in our system instead of individuals. We also had some issues recently with Giving Fuel connecting with our internal payout system. Some gifts from Giving fuel never come over or go missing, along with some issues of fraud, even though we've taken all precautions on our forms to avoid this. Easy forms setup, credit card expiration alerts and good reporting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's difficult to change credit card info after it expires. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Giving Fuel does one thing really well: online donations. The forms are easy to setup and customizable. Monthly recurring gifts are processed automatically every day. Confirmation and decline emails are automatic. It's easy to export all of your data to import to a CRM, and they allow API connections. Customer service is good. It's really, really inexpensive. It's fairly basic. There are a few things that you can't customize, like when and how many times a declined recurring transaction is retried, or multi-column layouts on a donation page. It is not robust enough to be a CRM, but it does not pretend to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like GivingFuel's prices for an entry-level payment processor like my small non-profit. Their tools and customizations have been adequate for my donor's needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was better integration with their other services (GroupRev especially), and better design options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
