"All Around Good Experience"

What do you like best about GivingFuel?

We have had a very positive experience with Giving Fuel up until recently. Their forms are easy to create and giving is always easy to follow along with. They offer a very simplistic approach to looking at your giving. Somebody who is fresh-faced can step into this tool and easily pick up on how everything works and how each report can be used. We've had zero issues with giving fuels forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GivingFuel?

Recently, Giving Fuel changed how their system works. They're now requiring an e-mail for all donors, which normally would be fine except for our monthly donors who gave years ago and have no valid e-mail. E-mails were created for them and they became a lumped group in our system instead of individuals. We also had some issues recently with Giving Fuel connecting with our internal payout system. Some gifts from Giving fuel never come over or go missing, along with some issues of fraud, even though we've taken all precautions on our forms to avoid this. Recommendations to others considering GivingFuel:

With it's easy to use features, I don't know why you wouldn't give it a try. Your CRM may even integrate with it, making it all that much easier on you to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GivingFuel solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problems we were able to solve with Giving Fuel was how we view our giving forms and donations. Their systems are easy to understand and format. It's an easy to understand tool for anybody in your company or nonprofit to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering GivingFuel:

GivingFuel is a solid and robust online giving platform. Forms are easy to create and manage, and are easy to integrate to our website. I would like to have online giving that would host directly on our site rather than re-directing to the vendor site, however the other benefits outweigh this for us at present. "Incredible Value for Online Donations"

What do you like best about GivingFuel?

Giving Fuel does one thing really well: online donations. The forms are easy to setup and customizable. Monthly recurring gifts are processed automatically every day. Confirmation and decline emails are automatic. It's easy to export all of your data to import to a CRM, and they allow API connections. Customer service is good. It's really, really inexpensive. What do you dislike about GivingFuel?

It's fairly basic. There are a few things that you can't customize, like when and how many times a declined recurring transaction is retried, or multi-column layouts on a donation page. It is not robust enough to be a CRM, but it does not pretend to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering GivingFuel:

I haven't found a better value for online donations. If you need to accept donations online and process monthly recurring gifts, Giving Fuel is easy, customizable and inexpensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GivingFuel solving and how is that benefiting you?

Giving Fuel is the front-end for our online donations. We also use it to process offline donations made via credit card or bank draft. It also automates the processing of all monthly recurring transactions. It was easy to setup and we've scaled up from 100 monthly donors to 8,000 without a problem. What do you like best about GivingFuel?
